Terms & Conditions The Craft Cart Co

  • A non- refundable deposit of £100 is required within 7 working days of quotation to secure your booking and date.
  • Full payment is due 8 weeks before your event date.
  • If you are booking an event within 8 weeks of the event date, then full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Prices and quotations are only valid for 7 working days from the provisional booking that has been made. If payment has not been received and cleared within this time frame it may result in your date being released.
  • If a booking is to be cancelled, then you will need to advise The Craft Cart Co in writing no later than 8 weeks before your event date, where a loss of your deposit will incur. If you have cancelled within the 8 weeks of the event date, then only part refund will be given ONLY if we have been able to re book that date.
  • The Craft Cart Co cannot be held responsible for any injuries that have been caused through any accidents at fault of a third party.
  • A booking form is to be signed and returned along with your deposit to secure your reservation.
  • If paying by cheque, then the date will only be confirmed once payment has been cleared.
  • Strictly only alcohol that has been purchased as part of our package with The Craft Cart Co will be served at our Tuk Tuk.
  • No alcohol will be served to any persons under the age of 18 years old. Valid ID must be provided.
  • The Craft Cart Co reserves the right to refuse the sale and service of alcohol to anyone who is abusive and to any persons with threatening behaviour.
