Craft Carts at the Castle
Surely there is no better event for our classic Piaggio Ape mobile coffee van and pop up bar than one dedicated to vintage motors? That is why we are so delighted to be attended Motors by the Moat on the 11th and 12th May. Held at the magnificent Leeds Castle, our tuk tuk prosecco and coffee vans will look right at home in between the other vintage vehicles.
Vintage Motors and two Classic Tuk Tuks
The event promises to be so much more than simply a large car park for visitors to view unusual motors, however. We can’t wait to witness the live stunt show and jet ski displays – both of which are sure to gather a gasp or two from the audience! These jaw-dropping shows will be the perfect entertainment accompaniment to a glass of ice-cold bubbly prosecco or fizzy Peroni beer.
Both our tuk tuks will be at the event, so make sure you pop along and say hello to us! Our latest addition to our business is our coffee cart for hire in Kent and events like this make for the perfect opportunity to check us out for your own special occasion. Seeing us in action is always a more impressive way to view the tuk tuks as you get to see exactly how our converted vans work. Enjoy a smooth, decadent cup of Illy coffee, a refreshing herbal tea or an indulgent hot chocolate while you wander around and admire cars from as far away as America.
Meanwhile, if the weather is amenable, you might prefer a beverage from our mobile prosecco van. Our very first tuk tuk, this van has seen some action and is perfect for wedding bar hire or other event bar hire. You’ll love the way we have converted our cute craft cart into a bar, with frizzante on tap and soft drinks for those who would prefer a non-alcoholic cold drink.
A Royal Occasion
Admission to the event is included in the price of a ticket into the castle, so make sure to leave time to stroll around the incredible historical building and grounds. Sat on the outskirts of Maidstone for over 900 years, this beautiful fortress has been a home to some of the most important members of society, including Queen Eleanor, King Edward I, Queen Margaret of France and King Henry VIII. While it now belongs to the Leeds Castle Foundation, to be used as a tourist attraction only, it comes complete with some incredible stories of the past. It is now one of the most visited castles in the country, and, we think, certainly one of the most beautiful.
If you were planning on taking some time to take a look around the castle anyway, there is no better time than the weekend of the 11th and 12th May. We look forward to seeing you there!
