The City Sound Project festival is coming to Canterbury this weekend and we are so excited to be a part of the festivities! Whether you are in the mood for a hot, smooth, Italian coffee or a cheeky glass of bubbles, the Craft Cart Co will have it ready and waiting.
Both our mobile coffee van and prosecco bar tuk-tuk will be on site, so whatever you need to quench your thirst, we will have it. This is also a wonderful opportunity for you to come and check out our tuk-tuks if you are interested in wedding bar hire or booking us for another event. It is always great to see us in action, so you can get a feel for whether or not we are the pop-up bar for you.
Tuk Tuks in the City
Canterbury is one of our favourite places to visit, thanks to its historical monuments and ability to create an event that spans the entire city center. City Sound Project is set to do just that, with its music events taking place in unique locations including Dame John Gardens in the days, as well as The Westgate Hall, Alberrys and the Loft Bar on Sunday night. If you want to catch our tuk tuk coffee and tuk tuk prosecco, you’d best head over to Dame John Gardens from 12pm on Saturday 4th May or Sunday 5th May. There is no better pop-up bar or coffee cart for hire in Kent!
This completely free-to-enter event has been the platform for many successful artists to boost their careers. In the past, the City Sound Project has hosted music acts such as Bastille, George Ezra ad Mystery Jets. This year, guests will be entertained by the likes of The Cuban Brothers, No Limit Street Band and Josephine and the Artizans. If you haven’t yet heard of any of these local and international bands, make it your mission to check out their music, as they are all set to do great things in the music industry.
More Than Music
It’s not just a music event either – there is also lots of other activities for the whole family to enjoy. Grab a refreshment from one of our tuk tuks and then join in structured activities such as flag and bee making and a wonderful story-telling session. Kids will also be able to help decorate protest banners and everyone will enjoy the street-performing magicians, who are sure to have a trick or two up their sleeve!
You might prefer to join us for one of the free yoga sessions, or you might see us watching one of the comedy acts while we take a break from our mobile coffee cart. If you do, make sure to come and say hello – this is an event that we love to get involved in and it is one of the reasons that we so enjoy our mobile prosecco bar in Kent business!
We look forward to seeing you this bank holiday!
